Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fortisole, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident ordering from us. That said, we also need to keep our process fair for everyone.

This policy outlines exactly how returns, refunds, and disputes are handled.


Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Shoes must show no signs of outdoor wear
• All original packaging must be included
• Items must be free from damage, marks, creasing, or odor

We strongly recommend trying shoes indoors on a clean surface only until you are sure they fit.

If returned items show signs of use, wear, or damage, the return may be refused and sent back to you.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Fortisole is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact our support team at fortisolesupport@yahoo.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval
• Bank processing times may vary

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for sizing or color, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse claims made after this period.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take fraud and abuse of the chargeback system seriously.

By placing an order with Fortisole, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with the payment provider using:

• Delivery confirmation
• Tracking information
• This return and refund policy
• Customer communication history
• Product condition documentation

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in being permanently blocked from future purchases.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or service in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent behavior.
