Tracking delays do not mean your order has not shipped.
Delays & External Factors
Fortisole is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Postal or courier issues
• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect address details
• Failed delivery attempts
• Local carrier disruptions
These are outside our control, but we will always do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided, Fortisole is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order with Fortisole, you agree to the following:
• You will wait the full 21 business days after shipment before filing a chargeback for non-delivery
• You will contact our support team first at fortisolesupport@yahoo.com to resolve any issues
• Filing a chargeback before this window has passed may be considered policy abuse
We actively dispute all unjustified chargebacks using tracking data, carrier confirmations, and our published policies.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your order has not arrived after 21 business days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.
